“How you do one thing is how you do everything.”

Nutritionist, chef, yogi & restauranteur – Chelsie is the President & Founder of One Life Foods. She attended the University of Central Florida graduating Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications & a minor in Mathematics.

She fell in love with good-for-you food when she needed to learn to nurture her Self. Years of unaddressed trauma combined with a perfectionist archetype, disordered eating ravished her life from her mid-teens to early 20’s. To survive she had to learn how to have a healthy relationship with food and the same thing that tried to kill her, saved her.

Chelsie continued her formal education at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition where she became a board certified health coach. She opened her nutrition practice in 2013, soon transitioning to the restaurant business – opening her first health food restaurant in 2016 with two more to quickly follow. Her three  restaurants won the hearts of many and a plethora of awards including Best Plant Based, Best Healthy Selection, Best Vegetarian & Best New Restaurant in Florida.

Her new restaurant, One Life Daily Market, is coming soon to Winter Park, FL. A restaurant, market & meal subscription in one – designed to support you in living your fullest life.

Opening Spring 2023 but meal subscription is now live. Join the salad club to have healthy food delivered directly to your door.

Our limit is up there somewhere, just waiting for us to reach beyond infinity.

“The expression of what we offer in this life is both bound and unbound at the same time. Its infinite. We’re always chasing after the best version of our Self and our most authentic offering. The principles that inspire my work is truly holistic, meaning you can’t look at one thing without looking at everything because how you do one thing is how you do everything.”

Whether working with clients or designing foods within her own brands, Chelsie’s focus is on creating health-full foods that fuel your life and tastes great. She is a single mom of her four year old son, Milo, an avoid yoga practitioner and teacher & in the process of writing her first cookbook.
